This is a clean revert of PR #24475. The changes remove:
- Docker Hub login step
- Merge sub-site step (which extracted content from
docs/dash:dist-latest)
The revert is complete with no leftover references. The workflow will continue to function correctly as the subsequent steps only depend on the public directory, which is still produced by the existing build step.
No issues detected.
