What Is This Change?

Currently, we show PR related UI (create, pull, etc) without making sure the user has a repository. In this PR, we make sure a repository exists before, we show such UI elements.

How Has This Been Tested?

Basic checks:

  • npm run lint
  • npm run test

Advanced checks:

  • If Atlassian employee & Bitbucket changes: did you test with DC in mind? See Instructions

Recommendations:

  • Update the CHANGELOG if making a user facing change

We should understand why there is no git repo in the boysenberry case. This feels like it should be impossible
